Fee and Syndication Letter

Fee and Syndication Letter. A collective reference to (a) that certain Fee and Syndication Letter, dated as of December 15, 2016, by and among the Borrower, the Agents and the Initial Lenders and (b) that certain Supplemental Fee and Syndication Letter, dated as of the First Amendment Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the Agents and the Additional Lenders (as defined in the First Amendment).
