Fee Eligibility Period

Fee Eligibility Period. The period beginning on January 27, 2011 and ending on the date that is the one year anniversary of the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, except that if this Agreement is terminated by NHC pursuant to Section 4(b)(i) hereof, then the Fee Eligibility Period shall end on the date of such termination.
