Fee Letter. Together, (i) the letter agreement, dated as of July 21, 2006, between the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent, (ii) the letter agreement, dated as of October 14, 2009, between the Borrowers and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and (iii) the letter agreement dated as of March 4, 2011, between Hornbeck Offshore Services, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC
