Fee Payment Date
Fee Payment Date. Any date as of which a Participant's Annual Fees deferred pursuant to this Plan would have otherwise been paid. Annual Fees shall be paid quarterly in arrears for the preceding quarter on January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 of each year.
