Example Definitions of "Fee"
Fee. An underwriting, valuation and processing fee equal to 1% of the amount of the Equipment Loan.
Fee. The fees agreed to between Principal Life and Law Debenture as set forth in the fee schedule attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement.
