FeeBearing Net Sales
FeeBearing Net Sales. Shall mean the Net Sales attributable to all the components (i.e., the base unit/console and all Alma Modules sold for use with such base unit/console) of an Alma Product (including the Harmony System and Aria System), whether one or more Sales were involved.
