Fees and Costs

Fees and Costs. Means reasonable legal (including attorneys' and legal assistants') fees, disbursements and costs; reasonable fees, disbursements and costs of third party consultants and experts; court costs; and similar items, "Financial Statements" is defined in Section 5.9 of this Agreement.
