Feng Resignation

Feng Resignation. The resignation of Weiting (Cathy) Feng as a member of the Board, which Ms. Feng has, or will, deliver to the Board on or around the date of this Agreement, which will provide that Ms. Feng resigns as a member of the Board upon the earlier of (a) 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on the date that is six months from the date of her resignation letter; and (b) the date and time that the Board of the Company appoints a Chief Financial Officer.
