Example Definitions of "FFL Stockholders"
FFL Stockholders. Means each of the FFL Investors, for so long as such FFL Investor holds FFL Registrable Securities and any other Person to whom FFL Registrable Securities are assigned or transferred in accordance with the Stockholder Agreement and Section 12(g) of this Agreement for so long as such Person holds any FFL Registrable Securities.
