FIBER PAYMENT DATE

FIBER PAYMENT DATE. Shall mean the date of full and complete payment by Viatel of (a) the Purchase Price (as defined in the Fiber Agreement) for the Purchased Fiber (as defined in the Fiber Agreement), (b) the Purchase Price for the Purchased Capacity and Fibers, and (c) the License Payment (as defined in the Colocation Agreement) for the Colocation Space (as defined in the Colocation Agreement).
