Fidelity Investors. Any Investors advised or subadvised by Fidelity or one of its Affiliates.

Fidelity Investors. Shall mean the Investors that are advisory clients of Fidelity with respect to holdings of shares in the Company. For the sake of clarity, as of the date hereof, the Fidelity Investors are marked with an asterisk on Schedule A attached hereto.

Fidelity Investors. Means Fidelity Select Portfolios: Biotechnology Portfolio, Fidelity Advisor Series VII: Fidelity Advisor Biotechnology Fund, Fidelity Group Trust for Employee Benefit Plans: Fidelity Growth Company Commingled Pool, Fidelity Mt. Vernon Street Trust: Fidelity Series Growth Company Fund or Fidelity Mt. Vernon Street Trust: Fidelity Growth Company Fund.

Fidelity Investors. Means the Investors advised or sub-advised by Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC or affiliated investment advisers.

Fidelity Investors. Those Investors, or permitted transferees of Registrable Securities held by Fidelity Investors, that are advisory or subadvisory clients of Fidelity

Fidelity Investors. Means, collectively, the Investors advised or subadvised by Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC or one of its Affiliates.
