Field Examination Fee

Field Examination Fee. Customer shall pay to SYSTRAN a field examination fee (the "Field Examination Fee") in an amount equal to $850 for each day spent by each such employee or agent in performing and/or summarizing the results of such examination (including all necessary travel time) plus all reasonable "out of pocket" expenses.
