FIELD OF APPLICATION. The exclusive rights to LICENSOR'S molecular diagnostic tests for the flavivirus diseases, including and limited to Zika, dengue, yellow fever, Japanese encephalitis, chikungunya and, on a non-exclusive basis, the non-flavivirus disease malaria is included.
