Field Services. Means all aspects of Alfalfa Variety production, including, but not limited to, (i) locating and contracting for fields that meet appropriate Pioneer standards, (ii) providing field supervision of growers, (iii) providing and accounting for all Parent Alfalfa Varieties, (iv) supervising all planting, including replanting, (v) monitoring the growing alfalfa, (vi) applying all appropriate pesticides herbicides, fungicides, fertilizer, and (vii) properly managing the harvesting of Alfalfa... Field Services. Making available the Applied Personnel for the hours specified on each Site Addendum (as well as any Overtime Service agreed by Applied) to perform services within the scope specified on Exhibit B related to the maintenance and support of Brooks Products.
