Field. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 1.5(A)(d) shall not limit COMPANY's ability to exclusively practice the PATENT RIGHTS in the FIELDS licensed hereunder. B. "THERANOSTIC FIELD" means the use of a LICENSED PRODUCT to sense or report how a THERAPEUTIC LICENSED PRODUCT affects the in vivo environment and/or disease condition. For the avoidance of doubt, the THERANOSTIC FIELD expressly excludes the use of a LICENSED PRODUCT to (1) diagnose a disease or condition or (2) predict the course of a disease or condition which is not being treated by a THERAPEUTIC LICENSED PRODUCT.
