Fifth Stage of Development

Fifth Stage of Development. Shall mean the process whereby the Kahn Entities shall actually construct roads upon, and install water and sewer and utilities in, a given Project so that the subject Real Estate has been physically Developed to the point where (a) the Parties can sell the sub-divided lots to third-parties for the construction by said persons of dwellings within a SCA, or (b) the Parties can build such dwellings themselves.
