Filing Date

Filing Date. Means with respect to the Registration Statement required to be filed hereunder relating to the Warrant Shares, the 60th day following the Closing Date.

Filing Date. Means, with respect to the Registration Statement required to be filed hereunder, the earlier of (i) the 5th Trading day following the date that the Company files its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2003 or (ii) April 6, 2004.

Filing Date. Means the date that the Registration Statement is required to be filed which date shall be as soon as reasonably practicable after the Closing Date, but in any event, within thirty (30) days thereafter.
