Filing Date

Filing Date. Means the date the Registration Statement is filed with the Commission. 2

Filing Date. Means the date that the Registration Statement is required to be filed, which date shall be within thirty (30) days after the Closing Date.

Filing Date. The 30th business day following the sale, and receipt of proceeds, of an aggregate of $1,000,000 of Notes to the Buyer and/or third party investors on the same terms and conditions set forth in the Purchase Agreement
