Filing Notice
Filing Notice. Means a written notice from the Investor to the Company to file a Registration Statement and stating the number of Registrable Securities to be included on such Registration Statement, provided however the Investor shall not be entitled to issue such Filing Notice until the Company has filed it's form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 2018.
