FINAL COURT DECISION

FINAL COURT DECISION. As used herein, "Final Court Decision" means a decision of a United States court or agency, in favor of a Third Party, from which no appeal has been or can be taken, excluding any petition for a writ of certiorari or other proceedings before the United States Supreme Court.
