Final DIP Order
Final DIP Order. Means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court approving, among other things, the DIP Loans and the parties' rights with respect thereto on a final basis, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the DIP Lender and reasonably acceptable Oaktree (subject to Section 3 of this Agreement).

Final DIP Order.
