Final Exchange Period

Final Exchange Period. (1) in the case of Notes to be redeemed by GSK Issuer, the period beginning on, and including, the date on which GSK Issuer provides the related redemption notice to holders of the Notes and ending at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the fifth Business Day prior to the related redemption date, and (2) in all other cases, the period beginning on and including March 22, 2023 and ending at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the fifth Business Day prior to the maturity date of the Notes
