Final MEA Product

Final MEA Product. Means the specific Automotive HOKU MEA (made up of a specific set of Components) that is developed by HOKU, with or without assistance from NISSAN, during the term of the Engineering Agreement and this Agreement (including any renewals or extensions thereof) using the Final MEA Product Assembly Process, and which is described with particularity in a written disclosure that is signed by both Parties prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Final MEA Product. Means the specific Automotive HOKU MEA (including the exact formulation of HOKU Membrane, Liquid HOKU Membrane, and the specific Electrode, Catalyst, Catalyst Support and GDL materials) that is developed jointly by HOKU and NISSAN during the term of this Agreement (including any renewals or extensions thereof) using the Final MEA Product Assembly Process, and which is described with particularity in a written disclosure that is signed by both Parties prior to the termination of this Agreement.
