Final Product Phase

Final Product Phase. Means the period during which the Parties develop and test the Prototypes to finalize Specifications for the Final Product (including Software) and Product Technology and obtain for the Product and Product Technology all required regulatory approvals, safety certifications and working models in the United States such that, in the reasonable opinion of Womens3D, the Product and the Product Technology are ready for manufacture and sale to Customers in the United States.
