Final TNote Average. Shall mean the average of the yields on U.S. Treasury Notes maturing in 4 years, as published by the Dow Jones Telerate Access Service, Page 19901, for the close of business on each business day of the two full calendar weeks immediately preceding the week containing the Adjustment Date.
