Example Definitions of "Final Transfer Date"
Final Transfer Date. Shall mean, with respect to a Committed Unit, the earlier of (a) sixty days following the date that such Committed Unit (i) satisfies the condition set forth in Section 4(b)(1) and (ii) is in a condition such that the Developers are able to satisfy the condition set forth in Section 4(b)(4) or (b) 12 months following the Committed Unit Transfer Date for such Committed Unit.
