Financial Advisor Expenses

Financial Advisor Expenses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the amount set forth on Section 9.6(e) of the JBG Disclosure Letter shall not be deemed "Financial Advisor Expenses" and shall be deemed "Expenses" incurred by the Parties (payable directly by Newco or Newco OP, and not reimbursable to any Party) for purposes of Section 9.4 of the Agreement.
