Example Definitions of "Financing Order"
Financing Order. Shall mean the Interim Financing Order, the Permanent Financing Order and such other orders relating thereto or authorizing the granting of credit by Lender to Debtors on an emergency, interim or permanent basis pursuant to Section 364 of the Bankruptcy Code as may be issued or entered by the Bankruptcy Court in the Chapter 11 Cases.
