Finjan's Patents

Finjan's Patents. Means all Patent Rights that are owned or controlled by Finjan or to which Finjan has the right to grant licenses, at any time on or after the Effective Date. Finjan's Patents include but are not limited to the patents and applications specifically listed in Exhibit A, and any divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, renewals, extensions, reissues, or reexaminations thereof, and foreign counterparts thereof.
