First Amendment

First Amendment. Means that certain First Amendment to Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of June [__], 2015 among Borrower, Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

First Amendment. Means that certain Amendment No. 1 to Amended and Restated Transfer and Administration Agreement, dated as of December 1, 2015, among the SPV, the Originators party thereto, the Committed Investors, Managing Agents and Administrators part thereto and the Agent.

First Amendment. That certain First Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of November 20, 2013, among the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders

First Amendment. The First Amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated June 1, 2015 among Air Lease Corporation as Borrower, the several lenders party thereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Administrative Agent for the Lenders

First Amendment. The First Amendment to this Agreement, dated as of March 10, 2015.

First Amendment. That certain First Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of July 12, 2013 by and among the Borrower, MLP, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent

First Amendment. Means the First Amendment, dated as of December 18, 2014, to this Agreement among the Borrowers, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent.

First Amendment. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
