First Amendment

First Amendment. Means that certain First Amendment to Credit Agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders dated as of February 18, 2013.

First Amendment. Means the First Amendment, dated as of November 28, 2017, among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lender party thereto
