First Amendment

First Amendment. Means that certain First Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of April 30, 2019, among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

First Amendment. The First Amendment to Credit Agreement and Guarantee and Collateral Agreement dated as of July 25, 2007 among the Borrower, the Parent, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders party thereto and the other agents and parties thereto, as amended by that certain Amendment to First Amendment to Credit Agreement and Guarantee and Collateral Agreement dated as of March 28, 2008 among the Borrower, the Parent, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders party thereto and the other agents and parties thereto.
