First Class Buildings. The following office buildings located in the "Central Business District of Downtown Los Angeles, California" (as defined below): 555 West Fifth Street, 725, 777, 801 and 865 South Figueroa Street, 444 South Flower Street, 333 and 550 South Hope Street, 300, 333 and 350 South Grand Avenue.
