First Half Amount

First Half Amount. The product of one million six thousand seven hundred sixty-two (1,006,762) shares multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the dollar amount the Company receives from outside investors up to a maximum of five hundred thousand ($500,000) dollars and during the first three months following the date hereof and the denominator of which is five hundred thousand ($500,000) dollars.
