First Lien Indenture

First Lien Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of August 14, 2012, between the Issuers and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee, governing the First Lien Notes

First Lien Indenture. Shall mean the indenture relating to the First-Priority Securities, dated as of October 11, 2013, among the Issuers, the Subsidiary Guarantors and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
