First Mortgage Secured Obligations. Means all obligations of the Obligors from time to time arising under or in respect of the First Mortgage Documents (including, without limitation, the obligations to pay principal, interest and all other charges, fees, expenses, commissions, reimbursements, premiums, indemnities and other payments related to or in respect of the obligations contained in the First Mortgage Documents).
