Example Definitions of "First Offering Date"
First Offering Date. Means April 15, 2002, or if later, the date that the Company's Form S-8 has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to the Plan and has become effective.
First Offering Date. Means the Offering Date for the First Offering Period.
First Offering Date. Means the commencement date of the initial public offering contemplated by the Registration Statement on Form S-1 filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
First Offering Date. Shall mean the first business day of the initial Offering Period under the Plan.
