Example Definitions of "First Offering Period"
First Offering Period. Means the first Offering Period established by the Committee under the Plan in accordance with Section 7.
First Offering Period. The first Offering Period of the Plan which shall commence on the effective date of the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-1 for the initial public offering of the its Common Stock (the "IPO Date"). -2-
First Offering Period. Means the Offering Period that started on February 15, 2005 and ended on August 15, 2005.
