First Retention Payment Date

First Retention Payment Date. Shall mean (i) with respect to each Level 1 Employee, Level 2 Employee, Level 3 Employee, Level 4 Employee, and Level 6 Employee, the first anniversary of the Closing Date and (ii) with respect to each Level 5 Employee, the date that is nine (9) months following the Closing Date.
