First Stage of Development
First Stage of Development. Shall mean the purchase of (whether in total or in installments) by the Kahn Entities or by Acquisition Corp. of an Option to purchase the subject piece of Real Estate (i.e., an Option Parcel) from the owner or Optionor thereof.
