First Vesting Date

First Vesting Date. , (i) as to Options granted prior to June 30, 1996, the earlier to occur of June 30, 1997 and the first anniversary of the Company's Initial Public Offering, and (ii) as to each Option granted on or after June 30, 1996, the first anniversary of the Grant Date for such Option.

First Vesting Date. The date on which the Administrator certifies in writing the Company's TSR for the 2011 Performance Period, which certification shall occur no later than March 31, 2012.

First Vesting Date. The term "First Vesting Date" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.

First Vesting Date. Means the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the Original Issue Date and (ii) a Change of Control.
