Example Definitions of "Fiscal Month"
Fiscal Month. A twenty-eight (28) day period, or a portion thereof, commencing on the first day following the termination of the prior Fiscal Month. The first Fiscal Month may be a short Fiscal Month commencing on the date hereof and ending on the date which would have been the last date for such Fiscal Month if the Fiscal Year in which this Loan Agreement is executed had begun on the Wednesday following the last Tuesday in the December immediately preceding the date hereof....
