Fiscal Period

Example Definitions of "Fiscal Period"
Fiscal Period. Means any Fiscal Quarter or Fiscal Year.
Fiscal Period. Shall mean either (i) a full calendar year or (ii) the period from January 1 through the Termination Date, the date of a Change of Control or other applicable measurement date that is less than a calendar year.
Fiscal Period. Means the period beginning on the day following any Adjustment Date (or for the purposes of the first Fiscal Period, beginning on the date of formation of the Company) and ending on the next succeeding Adjustment Date.
Fiscal Period. A fiscal period of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, which shall be either a calendar quarter or an aggregate period comprised of three consecutive periods of four weeks and five weeks (or, on occasion, six weeks instead of five), currently commencing on or about each January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1.
