Fiscal Quarter

Fiscal Quarter. The three-month periods ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year, except for the first Fiscal Quarter hereof, which shall begin on the Promotion Commencement Date and end on the earliest to occur of the dates set forth in this sentence.

Fiscal Quarter.
