Fixed Rate Loan Segment

Fixed Rate Loan Segment. Each principal portion of the Loan, plus interest accrued thereon, with all the following attributes that distinguish such Fixed Rate Loan Segment from other Fixed Rate Loan Segments: a different Fixed Rate Maturity Date; and or a different date to which a given Fixed Rate Option was assigned to the Fixed Rate Loan Segment, except as otherwise provided herein.
