Fixed Rate Notice

Fixed Rate Notice. Means Borrower's telephonic notice immediately confirmed in writing, which writing may be delivered by telecopier, stating that Borrower, subject to delivery by it of a Fixed Rate Acceptance Notice, elects to pay interest at the Fixed Rate and specifying the portion of the Principal Amount which is to bear interest at the LIBOR Rate, the applicable Interest Period for the Fixed Rate Advance and the Business Day on which such Interest Period is to begin.
