Fleet Documents

Fleet Documents. Shall mean the Fleet Facility Agreement, the letters of credit issued thereunder, all letter of credit application and reimbursement agreements executed and/or delivered by the Pledgor to Fleet in connection therewith, and all other related agreements, instruments or documents delivered or to be delivered by Pledgor in connection therewith, in each case, as the same may be supplemented and amended from time to time.
