Floating Rate Note. Each fixed rate Medium Term Note ("Fixed Rate Note") shall be in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, and each floating rate Medium Term Note ("Floating Rate Note") shall be in substantially the form attached as Exhibit B hereto, in each case with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions and other variations as are required or permitted by the Original Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture.
