Floating Rate

Example Definitions of "Floating Rate"
Floating Rate. Means, at any time, an annual rate equal to the sum of (i) 225 basis points (2.25% per annum), and (ii) the greater of: (A) the Base Rate; or (B) the Federal Funds Rate, plus 50 basis points (0.50% per annum). The Floating Rate shall change when and as the Base Rate or Federal Funds Rate changes.
Floating Rate. Means an annual interest rate equal to the sum of the Prime Rate minus one-quarter of one percent (0.25%), which interest rate shall change when and as the Prime Rate changes.
Floating Rate. An annual interest rate equal to the greater of (i) the sum of the Prime Rate plus the applicable Margin, which interest rate shall, in each case, change when and as the Prime Rate changes, or (ii) five percent (5.0%)
Floating Rate. (i) with respect to the initial Calculation Period, the rate determined for the Floating Rate Option two (2) London and New York Banking Days prior to the Effective Date for value on the Effective Date; and (ii) with respect to any subsequent Calculation Period, the rate determined with respect to such period for the Floating Rate Option
Floating Rate. That the relevant Notes will bear interest (and be payable) in accordance with the floating rate interest provisions set forth in the form of Note Purchase Agreement.
