Floor Price

Floor Price. Twenty Five Cents ($0.25) (which shall be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction).

Floor Price. $0.40 (or such lower amount as permitted, from time to time, by the Principal Market), subject to adjustment for stock splits, stock dividends, stock combinations, recapitalizations or other similar events.

Floor Price. Means $45.00 per share (subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms of this Resolution, including adjustment pursuant to Sections 3(b)(ii), 3(b)(iii) and 8).

Floor Price. $1.00 per share of Common Stock

Floor Price. Means the minimum price set by the Company in the Issuance Notice below which the Agent shall not sell Shares during the applicable Selling Period, which may be adjusted by the Company at any time during the Selling Period by delivering written notice of such change to the Agent and which in no event shall be less than $[0.25] without the prior mutual consent of the Agent and the Company.

Floor Price. $0.50 per share (subject to adjustment for forward and reverse stock splits, recapitalizations and the like); provided that the Floor Price shall not apply in the event Stockholder Approval has been obtained.

Floor Price. Means $0.25, which shall be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction and, effective upon the consummation of any such reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction, the Floor Price shall mean the lower of (i) the adjusted price and (ii) $0.25.

Floor Price. $0.10 per share.

Floor Price. Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3.50) (which shall be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction)

Floor Price. Means $0.35 per share of Common Stock after Approval is obtained, and $1.00 per share of Common Stock before Approval is obtained.
